The GastroRack 1 is our classic rack. It is ideal for roasts and fish, fits in a standard baking pan and can be used in the oven or directly on the barbecue grill.
Underneath the rack there is plenty of space for vegetables or potatoes, so you can cook a whole meal at the same time. The GastroRack is bent of one seamless piece of steel and is very easy to clean.
