A slightly different balsamic where the sweetness from caramelized onions goes well with the acidity from the balsamic. Round, flavorful and very hard to dislike.
IGP-labeled and made in Modena from the Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes, typical of the Emilia-Romagna region, together with onions from Lombardy. The product is organic and contains neither sugar nor colorings, giving it a natural and authentic taste.
Perfect for use with grilled vegetables, all types of cheese, a delicious tagliata or risotto, salads and excellent for marinades for meat. Or simply with one of our neutral olive oils and a piece of good bread.
