Inside, the pan is coated with a ceramic Slip-Let® coating that effectively prevents food from sticking or becoming burnt on, making cooking and cleaning easier. The pan can withstand temperatures up to 400°C, is scratch-resistant and suitable for all heat sources. It is also dishwasher safe.
