Pairs nicely with olive oil for a lovely green salad, fruit salad or peach & mozzarella salad. Pesca Bianca is great on a cheese platter, marinating berries in it and drizzling over vanilla ice cream. Just like many of our balsamics, it is excellent for mixing fresh drinks.
