Welcome the Year Bird 2026… Birk! Kay Bojesen did the design, you chose the colours. With its natural yet contrasting play of colours, Birk is full of the life-affirming spirit of discovery found in the vast Nordic landscape of endless forests and deep lakes. The colourful head, with its beak in a vibrant aqua and the rest of the head in a striking light green, plays boldly and playfully together with the songbird’s body in a deep green-blue teal, while the distinctive light blue legs complete a truly unique and universal songbird that beautifully and elegantly invites everything from babbling brooks to the treetops – and all the other budding joys of spring – inside.
