Dagbók THREE YEAR JOURNAL
Lagerstaða
Lýsing
Life is made up of small moments. The ones we often forget, yet that shape us all the same.
This journal is an invitation to pause for a moment each day and listen inward. With a new theme for every month—from connection and care to growth and change—and a new question for each day, you will gradually build a collection of reflections over three years.
You’ll begin to notice how your answers shift, deepen, and sometimes even surprise you.
This journal doesn’t ask for long entries. Just a few sentences, whatever feels true in the moment. Over time, these small notes become a kind of map, showing where you’ve been, how you’ve grown, and perhaps where you’re heading next.
